📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Will my KoraPaw pet bed arrive in one package?

A: To ensure each part of your KoraPaw furniture arrives in perfect condition, your solid wood frame and orthopedic mat are shipped in two separate packages. They are dispatched from our warehouse at the same exact time, but domestic carriers (like FedEx/UPS) may deliver them at slightly different moments depending on local routes. Please do not worry if one arrives before the other!

Q: Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

A: All KoraPaw orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped directly from our California warehouse. Standard domestic shipping across the United States typically takes 3–5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your packages leave our facility.

Q: Why does the foam mattress look flat upon opening?

A: Your orthopedic pet cushion is vacuum-packed to protect it during transit and save shipping space. Upon opening, it requires 24 to 48 hours to fully absorb air and expand back to its original 10cm thickness and shape. Once fully expanded, you can perfectly place it within the wooden frame.

Q: Do I need any tools to assemble the solid wood frame?

A: No tools required! We pride ourselves on our Tool-Free, hassle-free assembly design. 

Attach the wooden legs over the bolts and hand-tighten them until secure. (Note: To provide rock-solid stability for larger pets, sizes M and L are equipped with 6 reinforcement legs, while size S features 4 legs.)

Q: What makes KoraPaw foam "orthopedic"?

A: Unlike cheap, single-layer pet beds that flatten within months, KoraPaw utilizes an advanced 10cm Dual-Layer Composite Foam system inspired by premium human mattresses. It features a 4cm high-grade memory foam top layer for ultimate pressure relief, bonded to a 6cm high-density support core. This offers scientific orthopedic support that therapeutic-level care requires—protecting your pet's spine and relieving joint pressure.

Q: Is the wooden frame made of real wood or MDF?

A: We never compromise on quality. Every KoraPaw bed frame is crafted entirely from premium, heavy-duty solid white ash wood. You will see and feel the natural, exquisite wood grain texture. It is built as an investment piece of furniture designed to last for years, completely outclassing flimsy plastic or composite board materials.

🧼 Care, Wash & Longevity

Q: How do I clean and wash the KoraPaw pet bed?

A: We designed KoraPaw to be completely pet-parent friendly with a fully removable cover system:

Outer Cover (Waffle Weave / Lambswool / Suede): Unzip the outer cover before washing. Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat.

TPU Waterproof Inner Lining: Do not machine wash or machine dry the TPU lining or the internal foam core. If an accident happens, simply wipe the waterproof lining clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry.

Solid Wood Frame: Regularly dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid placing the frame under direct prolonged sunlight or damp areas to prevent natural wood cracking or warping.

Q: Is the bed 100% waterproof?

A: The inner core is 100% protected! Underneath the decorative outer cover, our high-density foam is fully encased in a medical-grade TPU Waterproof Inner Lining. This liner completely blocks liquids, urine, and stains from penetrating the foam, completely resolving the ultimate pain point of pet accidents and odors.

🐾 Size Guide & Multi-Pet Use

Q: How do I choose the right size for my dog?

A: We provide three precise sizes to fit your home and pet: 

Size S (61-46 CM): Perfect for small dogs and cats (such as French Bulldogs, Bichon Frises, or Maltese) up to 30 lbs. 

Size M (88-55 CM): Ideal for medium breeds up to 60 lbs. 

Size L (110-66 CM): Specifically reinforced for large breeds (such as Golden Retrievers or Labradors) up to 90+ lbs, or for multi-pet families where two pets love to cuddle together.
