📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you offer free shipping? A: Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping across the United States for all orders over $100. For orders under $100 (such as single Small-size cushions), a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Q: My order arrived, but I only received the frame (or mattress). Where is the rest of my order? A: To ensure your items arrive in perfect condition and to optimize shipping efficiency, our Full Bed Sets are shipped as a Multi-Piece Shipment (2 separate packages). The solid ash wood frame and the vacuum-compressed mattress are dispatched from our fulfillment center at the same time, but FedEx/UPS may occasionally deliver them 1-2 days apart. You can track both packages using the same tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Q: What materials are used in KoraPaw pet furniture? A: We hold our products to human-grade standards. Our premium bases are constructed from 100% solid American ash wood for heavy-duty durability. Our cushions feature a premium, dual-sided density foam core protected by a fully waterproof inner liner, and come with two interchangeable, machine-washable waffle-weave covers.

Q: Is the bed base compatible with robot vacuums? A: Absolutely. Our solid wood frames are designed with an 11cm elevated clearance, allowing all major brands of robot vacuums (including Roomba, Roborock, etc.) to pass underneath smoothly, keeping your modern living space hair-free and spotless.

🧼 Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I clean and maintain the KoraPaw pet bed? A: Maintenance is effortless. The outer waffle-weave covers can be easily unzipped and thrown into the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle, then tumble dried on low. The inner foam core is shielded by a fully waterproof liner—simply wipe the liner down with a damp cloth if needed. For the solid ash wood frame, a quick dust with a soft, dry cloth is all it takes to maintain its furniture-grade luster.

Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you and your pet to love your new furniture. We proudly offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you or your pet are not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you can return the product. Please note that due to the heavy-duty nature and weight of our solid wood frames, return shipping fees may apply for oversized items, and products must be returned in their original packaging.
